Tour 1: The Thesaurus material: the basis
The basis for the creation of article in the Thesaurus linguae Latinae (TLL) is the material gathered in the so called Zettelarchiv (slips archive). Here are around ten million slips in postcard format, arranged alphabetically by lemma and chronologically within each lemma.
